We’re sorry to hear that you’re not 100% happy with your Evalectric product. If you purchased your item in store, please contact the original store of purchase and bring along your item and purchase receipt. If you purchased your item online, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-396-2839, during work hours (Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 5 pm and Friday: 9 am - 3 pm PST) to initiate a product exchange. Delivery charges will be incurred on the customer’s expense.
Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds at this time.
Notes on Product Exchanges
- Please ensure that your return item is delivered in original packaging and includes any given accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate.
- Evalectric cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defaced, delayed, or lost in transit.
- For online returns, the parcel and its contents are the responsibility of the customer until it arrives safely at Evalectric.
- For returns via mail, please use a tracking option to ensure safe delivery of return item.
- Additional delivery charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at the expense of the customer.
- Items that are not returned with an original purchase receipt will not be accepted for product exchange.
